TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPANY
PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT
I.- SCOPE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales right following products :
- Vente de matériel télécom et réseaux « Eco recyclé » (telephone, PCB, pabx)
- Vente de matériel « neuf » produits télécom et réseaux, peritelephony, wiring
The sale is considered concluded at the date of acceptance of the order by PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT.
Prior to this date, these conditions of sale have been made available to the buyer, as referred to in Article L. 441-6 of the Commercial Code.
PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT, bends the rules of international trade, including Incoterms, to define for each order, and each country

Any order implies acceptance without reservation to the present general conditions of sale shall prevail over all other conditions, except those that have been explicitly accepted by PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT.
II. - ORDER
Any order, to be taken into account, must be placed in writing and communicated by email to the company PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT, to this email address : contact@planete-telecoms-export.fr
The acceptance of the order by PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT result of the preparation and submission of the invoice. Any order can be canceled or modified by the buyer in writing its contents to shipping products.
As of this date, all orders are considered firm and final.
However, if erreur, omissions or incomplete information, the name and address of recipient responsibility PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT would not be held responsible for failure to make delivery on time.
Any arrangement or qualification of the buyer not comply with these terms and conditions shall be binding on PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT as if he has agreed in writing.

A pro-forma invoice is valid for 10 days, orders not paid within 10 days, void this invoice, and products will be delivered to the distribution system.
All orders are payable in Euros before delivery.
III. - DELIVERY
Specific pricing will be given by our sales department for each order and for each country and will be part of the pro-forma invoice.
Unless special conditions specific to the sale, delivery will take place in the main country of the buyer within the [Delivery according to the mode of transport chosen by the buyer, and under are forwarding] days after receipt by PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT an order in proper form and its payment.

IV. – RECEIPT OF GOODS

In. – Prices
1 – Price – Unless special conditions specific to the sale, the price of products sold are those on each pro-forma invoice price on the day of order.
These prices are, this date, firm and final.
They are expressed in lawful money and stipulated duty and VAT for export, shipping included, including packaging
2 – Terms of payment – Unless other arrangements by special conditions expressly, the sale price is payable, cash on receipt of the pro-forma invoice.
By bank transfer to the account PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT, by warrant.
The most usual solution, rapide et sécurisante est le transfer ou virement Swift. This is an inexpensive way of payment.

Under no circumstances, payments which are due to PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT ne peuvent être suspendus ni faire l’objet d’une quelconque réduction ou compensation sans accord écrit de la part de PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT.
If payment at maturity, penalties equal to three times the legal rate of interest prevailing at the date of the order will be applied from the first day of delay.

WE. – RETENTION OF TITLE
Products are sold subject to property.
PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT retains ownership of the goods until full payment.
In case of default at maturity, PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT can claim the goods and rescind the sale, as stated above.
Checks and bills of exchange shall be considered as payment only upon actual receipt. Until this date, the retention of title clause retains its right. These provisions do not preclude the transfer, upon delivery, Risk of goods sold.
VII. – WARRANTY
The products sold are covered by the legal warranty against latent defects, within the meaning of Article 1641 of the Civil Code.
PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT offers a guarantee on the Eco recycled material :
- For map and pabx 1 an / For positions 6 month
- For new equipment / warranty
VIII. – JURISDICTION
This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is the French language.
All differences in the interpretation and execution of product sales will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Poitiers 86000 France
IX. - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT
Site PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT.FR and all elements therein (brands, drawings, logos, models, graphics ...) and their compilation and layouts are the property of the company PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT. The user is therefore forbidden to distribute or reproduce the site, online all your party, or in any form whatsoever.
The company PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT owns the brand PLANETE TELECOMS EXPORT filed with INPI and reserves the right to seek damages and any other form of remedy for infringement, in any form whatsoever, its intellectual and industrial property.
X. – DATA PROTECTION
Accordance with law No. 78/17 6 January 1978 relating to data, files and freedoms, the customer has a right of access, Modified, rectify and delete data concerning.
